Shipping policy

Made to order

Every print is made to order for you by our print partner, Gelato, and produced at a facility close to you where possible. Nothing is mass-produced or held in a warehouse.

Processing and delivery times

Production usually takes a few business days. Including production and shipping, most US orders are delivered within about 4–9 business days of the order date. These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays can happen, especially during holidays.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders to the United States. For international orders, available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged, lost, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you receive the wrong item, email us at endozi.designs@gmail.com with your order number (and photos if damaged) and we’ll make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
